The purchaser acknowledges that Dr. Flannick is not practicing psychology or counseling, even though currently he is licensed to practice psychology in the state of Pennsylvania; but, because most of the time he is physically located in Lincolnton, North Carolina, he cannot legally practice psychology except when he is physically in the state of Pennsylvania. These regulatory restrictions in no way prevent Dr. Flannick from using his education and over 40 years of professional experience to help his patients overcome their difficulties.
Dr. James Flannick passed into his eternal reward on Aug. 29, 2025, after living with cancer for more than two years. He is survived by his wife of more than 50 years, as well as three children and nine grandchildren.
A devoted and loving husband and father, Dr. Flannick practiced for more than 40 years as a clinical psychologist, a vocation through which he sought to serve as a conduit of God's grace. May his legacy, Parakleseos, continue bearing fruits in the lives of those he counseled.
Eternal rest grant unto him, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon him. May he rest in peace. Amen.
